"The Secret Place" is one of my smallest paintings to date, on beautiful handmade paper. It features thick textured strokes of green wilderness and trees with a calm white sky with a pop of pink coming from behind the trees and a gray cloud tucked into the corner. 

Inspired by the theme of longings, sanctuary, and refuge, where we can be honest and free.
