And the care ideas for after the class and suggestions for transitioning out of the journaling experience were so so helpful. I landed in some really helpful new places through the session and afterwards with follow up work that I don’t think I would have gotten to without your great reflection questions.

When I feel anxious, I can feel it in my lungs. It’s like there’s a lion sitting on my lungs, and I can’t get a deep breath. I felt that way for a few days. And I don’t anymore, and I didn’t by about half way through our time tonight… I really really appreciated this time.
