write your grief - gratitude
November
In our culture, November is all about thankfulness. But sometimes the perspectives we see shared on gratitude can sting in our grief. November's Write Your Grief workshop will offer a safe space to honor your grief and explore gratitude. What does gratitude look like in grief? Discover how to hold both grief + gratitude side-by-side in this month's journaling workshop. (Rest assured, you'll find no toxic positivity, faking fine, or forcing you to call pain good).
