What if I'm unhappy with my order? What are your return and refund policies?

For PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Your satisfaction is important to me, which is why I take extra care to create and curate all the items you find in my shop. If an item arrives damaged or you accidentally receive the wrong item, please CLICK HERE to send me a note within 5 days of receiving your order so I can help take care of the issue. Otherwise all purchases are non-refundable. 

For SERVICES/ WORKSHOPS: If you're purchasing a coaching session or package, please visit my COACHING AGREEMENT page to read the Terms & Conditions regarding refunds. When you purchase a service, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Journal workshop passes are non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot make the workshop live, your credit can be applied to a future workshop; please fill out the contact form to arrange this.
