Each ornament features an original painting—oil pastel or mixed media—framed in glass, tied with velvet ribbon, and crafted to offer something small yet meaningful: a moment of wonder, a burst of brightness, a window into joy this winter or during any wintering season.
Some pieces are painted on richly textured handmade paper by artist Rachel Marie Kang; some carry the layered strokes and soft blending you've come to expect in my oil pastels, while others are much more abstract. Nearly every ornament in the collection features a touch of shimmering gold pastel.
All together, these pieces form a collection meant to meet you right where you are—whether you're decorating your home, marking a tender season, or choosing a gift for someone who could use something beautiful to hold onto.

How DO YOU PACKAGE THE ornamenTS? Can you gift wrap MY ORDER or include a note?
Yes! The original artwork is hand-painted. Some ornaments feature oil pastels on thick oil pastel paper or handmade paper. Others are mixed media paintings (acrylic and oil pastel) on thick oil pastel paper or handmade paper. The ornaments feature 2.25 x 2.25-inch square glass frames with brass details. The frame is not sealed and may open. The ribbon is approx. 3/8 inch velvet ribbon. The ribbon is either gold, light pink, or burgundy red, as shown in the photo with each ornament.

Ornaments will be carefully packaged in light brown cardboard jewelry boxes with white cotton mesh (measuring 6x5x1 inches) and then packaged carefully inside of a shipping box. Your ornament does not come gift wrapped or with a note; however, if you would like to directly ship as a gift, please email me with your order number immediately after placing your order, and I will be happy to work with you to add a personalized touch.
