Here’s an easy way to improve your writing or journaling practice: Make it a sensory experience.
I don’t know about you, but sometimes I need absolute SILENCE in order to hear the thoughts in my head and write. And then there are other times when I lean into sound to help me write.
Music is a wonderful way to appeal to our sense of hearing, and sometimes we write “better” when we write to a soundtrack. (Some authors actually do write their books while listening to motion picture soundtracks.)
If you want to listen to music during your next writing session, I’ve made it easy for you to get started.

Hi Kristin, I love your playlists. I am listening to some of them right now. When I listen to music, it will depend on what mood I am in as to what is going to be played.
