Great question! For the products in my personal inventory, I ship orders on Thursdays. Some products are processed and shipped via a third party with current processing times of 2-4 business days. If you ordered a service or digital product, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours from hello @ kristinvanderip.com. Be sure to check your spam folders for shipping + order updates.

Do you offer payment plans for your coaching packages?

Yes! Flexible payment options are available when you select to pay using Shop Pay at checkout.*

Do you ship internationally? 

While I love my international friends, unfortunately, I'm not able to ship internationally at this time. 

What if I'm unhappy with my order? What are your return and refund policies?

Your satisfaction is important to me, which is why I take extra care to create and curate all the items you find in my shop. If an item arrives damaged or you accidentally receive the wrong item, please CLICK HERE to send me a note within 5 days of receiving your order so I can help take care of the issue. Otherwise all purchases are non-refundable.
